The Academy of Gymnastics was established in 1976 specializing in offering high quality gymnastics in a fun, safe atmosphere.  We believe that gymnastics training is the best possible foundation for physical fitness.  Gymnastics develops strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and most important SELF CONFIDENCE.  These are the basics necessary for success in all sports and physical activities.
