 New this year: we now have invitations you can send to party guests.  The invitations include a "Party Admission Card" that must be brought to the party by each attendee.  If you choose not to use our invitations, you still need to send a "Party Admission Card" to each invited guest.  They will not be able to participate unless they bring the card on the day of the party.

** At all birthday parties of 2 year olds, a parent or guardian must accompany and participate with each attendee.

*To Reserve a Party*

1. Call to check availability.  If the date you want is available, we will hold that date for you for 2 weeks.

2. Fill out a contract (pick up the contract at The Academy) and send it back along with full payment.  Once the contract and payment are received, we will mark the party in ink on our calendar.

3. We will provide you with party invitations (See above for more information on the invitations)

4. Call the Academy one week prior to your party with a final count of the number of children attending.

5. Ask parents to bring the "Party Admission Card" to the party.  Remember, no guest can participate without a card.  Please bring a guest list to give to our staff on the day of the party.

Cancellations with less than 3 weeks notice will be charged a $30.00 fee.
